Today, FanDragon Technologies announces our partnership with Kaboodle, an independent ticketing operator which handles over a million tickets per year in music venues and festivals in the UK, Europe and Canada.
Our Product and Engineering teams developed a white-label “Kaboodle Tickets” wallet app, now available at Apple Store and Google Play. The app provides seamless mobile ticket delivery straight to fans post-sale directly to their smartphones. It also integrates FanDragon’s SDK to offer Kaboodle’s partners our entire suite of B2B products, including our proprietary Secure Ticket Sync™ technology which delivers tickets directly to the wallet app (we call this “Direct-to-Ticket”).
The SDK gives venues control over ticket transferability and the enhanced ability to connect and engage with their audiences — all while keeping a consistent brand experience for Kaboodle.
This means more revenue, more audience insights, and more happy fans.
FanDragon is soft launching the “Kaboodle Tickets” app this month at the iconic London-based venues Printworks and Drumsheds, starting with the distribution of complimentary passes to venue, talent and promoter guests. Following these pilot tests, FanDragon and Kaboodle will expand services in early 2020 to include delivery of VIP and general admission tickets for these venues – and eventually to other Kaboodle clients and festivals across the UK, Europe and Canada.
Launched in 2018, Kaboodle Solutions has created an all-in-one service that gives event organizers and fans the ability to manage tickets, accommodations, and travel all on a single platform. And with their ticket exchange platform, Kaboodle provides a marketplace for those who cannot attend an event to be able to resell their tickets at market price to someone who can.
